Delivery policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping costs are calculated during the ordering process based on the weight, size and destination of your package. We also offer free delivery on orders over a certain amount, details available on our checkout page.
We ship our products via post (Lettre Services Plus or Colissimo) Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real time.
Return and exchange policy
If your product does not meet your expectations, do not worry, you have a right of withdrawal that you can exercise within 14 days from the receipt of your entire order, in accordance with the regulations. The package is not returned in its entirety (you keep one or more of the items ordered), we refund the price of the product (or) returned (s), any shipping costs are not refunded, the return costs remain at your expense.
The product is returned because of our responsibility, we refund the product, any shipping and return costs.
In case of withdrawal, the returned product must not have been opened.
