Les présentes conditions générales de vente (les « Conditions Générales de Vente » ou « CGV ») s’appliquent à toutes les commandes et régissent exclusivement les ventes de produits passées sur notre site.
Les Conditions Générales de Vente sont systématiquement accessibles sur notre site par l'acheteur sur une page dédiée, et également au moment de l'enregistrement de sa commande.
Le fait de passer commande sur notre site implique l'adhésion de l'acheteur aux Conditions Générales de Vente.
La vente de nos produits sur notre site est exclusivement réservée au consommateur final, c'est-à-dire à toute personne physique n'agissant pas en qualité de commerçant et ayant la capacité juridique de contracter. En conséquence les commandes émanant de professionnels ne seront pas honorées par l'EARL Louzaouen. A cet égard, l'EARL Louzaouen se réserve le droit d'annuler toute commande présentant un caractère anormal telle qu'une commande portant sur des quantités de produits excédant les besoins normaux d'un consommateur ou les flux de commandes anormaux à une même adresse de facturation et/ou de livraison.
L'EARL Louzaouen rappelle qu'en application de l'article 1146 du Code Civil, les mineurs non émancipés sont incapables de contracter. Par conséquent, les commandes destinées aux mineurs doivent être passées ou autorisées par le titulaire de l'autorité parentale.

Offers and Prices
Important
Promotional offers are only valid within the limit of the validity period of the offer concerned. Our email promotional offers are only valid once per customer and cannot be combined with other current promotional offers.
Products marked “NEW” are offered at an introductory promotional price.
The prices appearing on our site are indicated in Euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery or provision costs (see the “Delivery” section below), and are subject to variation during the year, it being understood that the Products ordered are invoiced at the prices in effect when the order is placed.
The command
Before placing an order, we invite you to consult the description of each Product to find out its characteristics.
The different steps to follow to order are as follows:
You select the product(s) of your choice and add them to the order basket; you can check the contents of your basket, the corresponding price and make any useful modifications at any time.
You identify yourself (email and password). If you are a new customer, you must create an account and identify yourself by entering a valid email address and a password (personal and confidential) which will later be used to identify you on our site.
You choose your delivery method, you validate it, then the payment terms among those offered to you, which you validate in turn.
In all cases, the provision of personal information necessary for the processing and delivery of orders is obligatory. When you validate your order, you declare that you accept all of the General Terms and Conditions. Your order is then processed by our Customer Service. As soon as your order is registered, a detailed acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to your email address. This acknowledgment of receipt summarizes all the elements constituting your order, including the exact amount invoiced and the delivery terms of your order.
Our order recording systems constitute proof of the conclusion of the sales contract and its date.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is an arrears of payment or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason relating in particular to the abnormal nature of the order.
Payment
Payment for your purchases on our site is made exclusively in Euros.
The Louzaouen farm can offer you one or more of the following payment methods:

It is stipulated that :
- in the event of payment by Paypal, the amount of the transaction is debited when ordering;
- if the order is paid by credit card: in principle the card is debited only when your package is shipped; on a marginal basis, the card may in certain cases be debited at the time of the order.
The European PSD2 regulation has put in place provisions aimed at strengthening the security of electronic payments, particularly on the internet, and access to more secure online banking services. Using only the code received by SMS to authenticate these operations is no longer sufficient and is gradually being reinforced using a system that complies with the new regulations. These new devices could, for example, be based on an application, for a smartphone or SIM card (compatible with all mobiles), which requires the entry of a secret code or the verification of biometric data. These solutions are chosen by banking establishments and payment service providers, and offered to their customers. For further information, please contact your usual banking institution or payment service provider.
Your online payment transactions by bank card are completely secure, your bank card information is directly communicated in an encrypted manner (SSL protocol) to a payment provider who consults the bank servers in order to avoid abuse and fraud and gives the Louzaouen farm authorization of payment. At no time is La Ferme de Louzaouen in possession of the entire card number that you have entered.
Orders from consumers located in a member state of the European Union other than France
The Site being a .fr site, if you are a consumer located in an EU country other than France, in order to finalize your order we invite you to contact our Customer Service by e-mail. Our Customer Service will then be able to finalize and execute your order, remembering that delivery is limited to mainland France.
Commercial documents (in particular your invoice) will be made available to you in French. We remind you that your orders are subject to French law and the General Terms and Conditions exclusively.
